The build will be one floor only. This is non-negotiable.
Customer must provide a gil fee to fund the furniture (10mil small, 15mil medium, 20mil large). Any leftover gil from the furnishing fee will be returned once the design is completed. Exclusive and untradeable items (such as mogstation/ bicolor gemstones/ beast tribe/ bozja/ scrips etc.) furniture will be provided by you.
Please provide inspiration pictures (from ffxiv or real life). I will not do replications, whether its layout or style. It is preferred for you to offer multiple different designs as references.
All discussions will be made beforehand and any changes can be revised and made throughout the process.
I reserve the right to reject any request I feel that I will not be able to fulfill.
As the designer, I hold the rights to my designs.
The commission will be cancelled and a refund will be not issued if you change your mind on the theme that you want for your house that would require me to start over.

Why do some of your builds have half floors? (e.g. 1.5 floors)Half a floor usually means that that floor is not fully utilized and only used as an entryway to the main area.Why do you limit the house to a 1 Floor build when my house has multiple floors? Isn't that a waste of space?Having a single floor build means all slots can be utilized for that 1 floor, enabling more unique designs without the limitations of having furniture clipping to the bottom or upper floors. It also allows the room to be more "full" as there would be more slots available.Do you use Makeplace to create your designs?I do not, I create all my designs manually in game. I only use Makeplace to save/port my designs.Do I need to prepare anything beforehand if I wish to purchase a commission?Yes! Please fill in the form at the commissions page so that we can begin discussions. You can post the answers to me in DMs or on Ko-Fi.How many revisions do I get per commission?Unlimited as long as it is not too big (anything that requires me to start over), until it is finalized.
